Dear list, When using Biomart (at biomart.org and ensembl.org) to retrieve a list of genes that have an Entrez ID, I get the following error:
Serious Error: Error during query execution: Unknown column 'main.ox_entrezgene_bool' in 'where clause' ERROR: caught BioMart::Exception::Database: Error during query execution: Unknown column 'main.ox_entrezgene_bool' in 'where clause' Is this a version conflict between the mart and the DB?
