I believe what you need is really some sort of control to browse sequences. Its not possible to set an offset/end based filter on sequence data because unless you define start/end values in your mart and then through the filters, you consider the sequences corresponding to these start and end values in the mart. Basically, the filter would run over the columns (start/end) and send the seqeunce column back.
