Hi all,

I was testing a biomart query and trying to get the following reactome
*reaction*:

http://www.reactome.org/cgi-bin/eventbrowser?DB=gk_current&ID=485887

I was doing this in reactome by searching reactome for the UniProt Accession
P38147 (please note that in Biomart this seems to be erroneously called a
Uniprot ID).

Reactome's own search pages find this reaction when searching only using
that uniprot ID. However, when I use the query below in biomart.org, I get
no results. Can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE Query>
<Query  virtualSchemaName = "default" formatter = "TSV" header = "0"
uniqueRows = "0" count = "" datasetConfigVersion = "0.6" >

        <Dataset name = "reaction" interface = "default" >
                <Filter name = "referencepeptidesequence_uniprot_id_list" value
= "P38147"/>
                <Attribute name = "stableidentifier_identifier" />
                <Attribute name = "reaction_db_id" />
                <Attribute name = "_displayname" />
                <Attribute name = "species__displayname" />
        </Dataset>
</Query>

Thanks,

Allyson
