Hi Berenice,

For you first mart to build, as you described you built it with MartBuilder and
configed it with MartEditor, and it seemed you've successfully Exported your
configuration from MartEditor to the DB. Now what you want is to prepare a
registry file to include the mart dataset you've just made. To do this, please
follow one of the registry example files under conf folder named:
martDBLocation.xml (not registryURLPointer.xml).

Please give it a try, feel free to write to us if you still have problems.

Thanks,
Junjun

Subject: [mart-dev] Error Stating MartView

Hi,

I have configured my own dataset, I filled the diffreent registry file in the
directory conf on biomart-perl folder.
When I lauch the command perl bin/configure.pl conf/registryURLPointer.xml, I
get this error.

Checking prerequisites ...[Looks good]

You can change the above configuration by editing
"biomart-perl/conf/settings.conf"

Got usable Apache in /usr/sbin/apache2, probing for version & ModPerl
configuration
Have Apache DSO-support and ModPerl library file present, configuring ModPerl
in httpd.conf.
Libdir /home/cropdesign/biomart/biomart-perl/lib is not in @INC, adding to @INC
