Hello, I am trying to add a filter to the Feature filter GENE: ID list limit for a Vega Mart. There is an additional table 'hsapiens_gene_vega__my_table__dm' in 'vega_mart_53', so I copied the 'Option: vega_gene_id' entry under 'is_list_limit_filters' in Mart Editor and changed the internalName, field and tableConstraint to 'my_table_filter', 'my_data_1077' and 'my_table__dm' respectively. The columns in 'hsapiens_gene_vega__my_table__dm' are 'gene_id_1020_key' (which is set in Mart Editor in the field 'key') and 'my_data_1077'. I then re-ran the configuration as 'perl bin/configure.pl --clean -r conf/vegaMart.xml' and re-started the web server.
When I select the filter in the BioMart web-interface, however, I get the following error: Serious Error: Error during query execution: Table 'vega_mart_53.my_table__dm' doesn't exist ERROR: caught BioMart::Exception::Database: Error during query execution: Table 'vega_mart_53.my_table__dm' doesn't exist Somehow the prefix 'hsapiens_gene_vega_' seems to be missing from the query. I tried to resolve the problem from the documentation, but it says that it is sufficient to add the table/column names. Is there a step I am missing out?
