Hi again!
No, this should have nothing to do with toolkit template files and from
the look of it, your registry is fine. So my understanding of the
problem is that you generated these 2 datasets thanks to MB and MR, but
they do not show in MV. Just to make sure, it does show in MartEditor,
right? You should see a list of 2 datasets when you connect to your DB.
That's probably how you configured them anyway. So the problem is that
it just doesn't show in MV. Does it show none of them, or just one? Do
you have any kind of an error message somewhere (especially when you run
your configure.pl)? Ideally if you could redirect the ouputs of
configure.pl to a file and send it to me, that would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Anthony

Thanks a lot,
Currently, I have the biomart (martview) server with two datasets:
sequence and feature. All configuration is on default.
I'm using, martbuilder, martrunner and marteditor (to export the marts
configuration).
Following is my registry.xml:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE MartRegistry>
<MartRegistry>
<virtualSchema name="default">
<MartDBLocation
name= "biomartDev"
displayName = "My database biomart"
databaseType = "mysql"
host = "*******"
port = "3306"
database = "biomartDev"
schema = "biomartDev"
user = "*********"
password = "*********"
visible = "1"
default = ""
includeDatasets = ""
/>
</virtualSchema>
</MartRegistry>
Do I need modify the toolkit template files?
Best regards,
GC.

Hi Guillaume,
Sure, can you describe what you already have and where you are stuck?
Thanks a lot,
Anthony
