Apologies for the delayed reply on this. Just to speed things up, could
you please have a look at ensembl configuration using the following
credentials in MartEditor:
database type: mysql
host: martdb.ensembl.org
port: 5316
database: ensembl_mart_57
schema: ensembl_mart_57
user: anonymous
pass:
that, in combination with the web interface of this mart will help you
see which part of configuration leads to various bits in web interface.
