I have a very basic beginners question for which I so far did not find
an answer. Maybe someone can help out?
I would like to download yeast promoters (using the web interface), but
excluding the sequences that actually are already within the body of the
upstream gene.
Is this directly possible? Or do I have to use e.g. 600 as upstream
fixed flank and check myself if the coordinates are within those of the
upstream gene?
