I have mouse genome coordinates, obtained from a 2008 paper, in which the authors note that
"the transcription start site (TSS) as defined by Biomart (http://www.biomart.org Oct. 2007)". I may want to map these coordinates to the CURRENT mouse genome (Ensembl genes 57?) In any case, whether I use the old or a current genome, I want biomart to use an older genomic dataset. Is this possible? How? Many thanks! - Paul Shannon Institute for Systems Biology Seattle
