Dear Raghu,
I am not sure if we should discuss this topic in this page. But hope Appu will forgive :D
Yours could be a confused DNS or intermediate resolver cache issue.
Try the following too please.(In that order. From simple to more harder steps.)
1.Hope you have already deleted the cache, forced a refresh in the browser page (Hold Control and Tap 'R' or 'F5') etc.
2. Hope you have already restarted the PC and tried again. Also sign out from google.com / blogger.com completely and sign in back again on restart.
3.If you use an ADSL Modem, try to recycle the power to the modem (Means just switch off and then turn ON again.)
4. Hope you have already checked the computer for malwares / viruses. Especially, disable any junk toolbars add-ons and applications within firefox options. This can be tedious, but the chances are really small for this if all your other sites are working good.
5. Enter these slightly different URLs through Firefox:
http://draft.blogger.com/homee1
and
http://draftt1.blogger.com/home
The results should be "Unable to connect" for first link and "Server not found" for second link. If these results are different, suspect that there may be a malware in your PC.
5. Change your DNS (at least temporary):
Go to your Network Card/connection page in the PC control panel. Choose TCP/IP (IPv4) properties. In the bottom, DNS fields, add 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.222.222
and then save the settings. Disconnect/disable and re-connect.
6. If none of these works, it may be time to call your ISP and ask them to help, specifically telling this URL. You can ask if they could flush their server's resolver record caches.

Before doing anything, just try once again right now! It may work readily!
It seems that your particular blog ID had a cache issue within blogger server. It was probably confused between English and Malayalam code sets. I saw a lot of redirections taking place for English page and then now the page error (log in message ) comes in Malayalam!
This does happen at times for particular blog IDs when Google rolls out new features.
