Then, of the 130 million or so who do work (I think that is counting those with part-time jobs), something like 30 million have government jobs--including all levels of government, such as the numerous and employee-heavy education and emergency services sectors. If you start counting universities and colleges who are most functioning because of public subsidies, then the numbers go up.
