CB: In the long run, the running away of manufacturing shops in the last 40
years may become a stuning an blunting with respect to the benefit of U.S.
workers such that they do something working class conscious. In that respect,
we
might see fulfillment of the unchaining of the productive forces metaphor come
to pass.

However, that would be relying on the negative conduct of the bourgeoisie to
beget the revolution. We do expect the bourgeoisie to create objective
conditions that will spur the working class to overthrow bourgeois private
property. But the activity of Communists is not with respect to development
of the productive forces, but to prepare the working class with working
class and socialist consciousness so that the tens of millions of people can
interpret things like transnational imperialism of today as requiring
revolutionary overthrow.

WL: Pandering to national chauvinism and national chauvinistic sentiment of a
segment of American society is a dangerous game and an ever present feature
of American communism and American Marxism. To characterize the imperial curve
of history and the logic of bourgeois imperialism and American Yankee
imperialism in particular as "the running away of manufacturing shops in the
last 40
years" is a blunder that can be corrected.

Factories in America do not "run away" from the American workers, with its
nasty and "racist" implications that if these factories did not run away things
would somehow be fineor better for the American working class. Our capitalists
drive for profits at the direct expense of the working women and men
everywhere on earth and this is a fact everyone in our country already
understands.
Our capitalists drive for profits to the destruction of the earth itself and
the
exclusion - "locking out," of hundreds of millions of men and women - nay,
billions, from productive laboring and/or the means to secure socially
necessary
living requirement, is the evil born of bourgeois rule and its lusting for
profit at the expense of the individual.

Before the last 40 years in our country life was no bowel of cherries. Forty
years ago or 1965, witnessed the Watts rebellion. Owning to bourgeois rule and
bourgeois profits, America has always had a class of the most destitute and
poverty stricken, going all the way back to the disgraceful period of slavery
in our history. Today, things are actually becoming worse than slavery for
millions. During slavery master was compelled to care for and ensure the
existence
and upkeep of his slaves. Our modern bourgeois order - undergoing an
incredible revolution in technology - the productive forces, threatens to drive
the
value of labor power even lower (wages) and simply discards human beings that
cannot be profitably employed in our free market system of private profit.

It matters little where a particular factory or group of factories or entire
industries our located. People must be feed, clothed and housed and have fresh
drinking water or socially necessary living requirement even if no profit can
be realized or made. Our current state of development of the productive
forces makes it possible to provide everyone on earth their minimum socially
necessary requirements without depriving any one of anything except the
capitalists
so-called "right" to profit from human need.

The King once had rights and "his people" and "His Kingdom" and then society
entered a period of revolution and did away with the King in favor of a more
humane and advanced form of economic and social intercourse. The capitalist
class is not God ordained and neither was the King.

The need to imbue the emerging leaders and militants with a communists co
nsciousness and introduce them to the ideas of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin -
amongst others, is an ever present task and responsibility of the world
communist movement and all its various detachments.

I strongly suggest reading "THE POLITICAL STRATEGY AND TACTICS
OF THE RUSSIAN COMMUNISTS" Synopsis of a Pamphlet July, 1921" by J.V. Stalin

THE STRATEGY AND TACTICS OF THE RUSSIAN COMMUNISTS" Pravda, No. 56, March 14,
1923 for the general communist-marxists approach to organized communist
activity
amongst the masses. http://www.marx2mao.com/Stalin/STRC23.html
