CB: Well, that was something of a joke, but whatever the viruses did
to get the dna into the gonadal dna of our ancestors was random
relative to whatever characteristics the viruses' genes produce in us.
It was still no inheritance of acquired characteristics, in one sense.

the ones that produce the language/symboling capacity in the brain !

Hey, CJ what is your take on Chomsky's language theory ? I have to say
that he's gotta be right at a certain level based on the unique
ability of children to acquire grammar and all that.
