According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Bay_Packers) the Packers's ownership arrangement would be in violation of current NFL rules for any other franchise in the league. In the case of the Packers, they were grandfathered in when the NFL set its current ownership rules back in the 1980s. The Packers's ownership arrangement is structured so as to preclude them from ever being sold and moved to another city. Something, which would almost certainly happen if they were, indeed, ever sold to a Rulingclass kazillionaire.
