Any insights on the Pirate Party in Berlin that just won won 9% of the
vote in Berlin state elections? Der Spiegel story quotes the chair as
wanting to uphold liberal values which the paper thinks will not please
the Free Democrats, who lost all their seat. Are they just going to be
an FDP 2.0, or something more progressive?

I've just skimmed their election programme, so there might be other more
relevant stuff there, but it calls for basic income, fair competition
and apparently opposes privatisation to some extent.
