It's really too bad that he lent his name to an attempted cover-up of the bombing of Judi Bari. Out here he was a close buddy of the notorious neo-con leaning Bruce Anderson of the Anderson Valley Advertiser who published his columns, which more often than not were filled with liberal bashing and which recently veered off into global warming denial.
