Left historians of Watergate never seemed to pay much attention to Nixon's
secret bombing of a neutral nation - Cambodia - for a year and a half as
being much more criminal than the break-in. He violated both international
law and the US Constitution, and by focusing on Watergate, the Dems allowed
this to serve as a precedent for future presidential criminality -
Reagan/Bush Sr. - Iran-Contra, Clinton - bombing of Serbia, W Bush -
Iraq/Afghanistan, Obama- bombing Libya, threatening to bomb Syria.
