There were no "recanted" statements by Dr. Bogomolets. To recant is to deny the truth of what one has previously said or written was the truth. In both reports previoulsy posted here, Dr. Bogomolets said that the accusations of sniping by protesters attributed to her were falsification. It would be accurate to say Dr. Bogomolets repudiated the lies attributed to her.
