This is a basic problem with intellectual property in general. Academic journals are a form of inexcusable hostagetaking. Vital medicines made possible through public universities or government research have become unaffordable for most people.at the same time, people like David and the others that MIA do valuable work for nothing. Lawrence & Wishart are doing the world a great favor by their behavior, educating people about the urgent need for socialism.
