Ken Hiebert replies: Louis acknowledges that this is a matter of optics. He does not suggest that it is a matter of substance. I won't be surprised if libraries and other institutions pay the price as I expect that this is irreplaceable scholarship. Like others I will wait until it is offered at a lower price.
