I too have thought that this is important. The headlines say his popularity is diving but it is still around 36%. That may be a record low for a POTUS starting out, but it is still a hell of a lot of people. It is difficult to pick what will happen. I am still inclined to think that the republican and Democratic establishments just want to corral/tame Trump but he keeps slipping the noose. May have to be impeached but my *guess* remains that there is no appetite for that at all in either of the major parties.
