Veteran Irish revolution Liam Sutcliffe died at his home in Dublin last Friday. He was 84. Liam took part in the 1956-62 Border Campaign and in 1966 was instrumental in blowing up nelson's Pillar in the centre of Dublin. He was prominent in the Saor Eire group, a current comprised of left-wing republicans and Trotskyists such as Mairin Keegan.
