In fact my family and I do watch "Top Chef" and, personally, the amazingly shot "Chef's Table" where one only hears the Chef's dialogue and not the producer's questions. Eater is my favorite YouTube channel. It is the best, IMHO, food media one can watch. The essay on the Eater blog was amazingly cogent, and accurate. Thank you for linking...
