Yes, it's a cluster*ck of lobbying. It mirrors in a bizarre mutated way the lobby groups for insurance have tried to kill healthcare reform (Obama's plan specifically). I've been trying to follow the energy debate and it's so centrifugal in nature as to be incomprehensible. About the only thing I think that is good that came out of it is the killing of Yucca mountain, at least it's mothballing. At least I think...
