Heryck Rangel was interviewed via phone direct from Venezuela by Roberto
Jorquera for Direct Action.
Rangel
is President of the Youth Institute in the city of Caracas (capital of
Venezuela). Rangel is also an activist in the United Socialist Party of
Venezuela.
In this interview Rangel discusses the recent
formation of a Council of State, the upcoming National Congress of the
PSUV, developments in political education, indigenous rights and the
forthcoming International Conference of left and progressive parties
that will be hosted by the PSUV.
