If the KKE wants to talk about power, I hope it is working for an indefinite
general strike and some form of worker's power, not elections to a bourgeois
parliament. It seems to me very rare for three general strikes to be called
in as many months and if they are interested in destroying capitalism rather
than getting back to the point things were at a few years go, they should be
attempting to channel and organize this outrage into institutions that can
replace it, not the ones that sustain it. The banners hung at the Acropolis
yesterday were daring and inspiring and I hope they were more than rhetoric.
