And look what the cheery result of the entry of *both groups* did. The IMG
lost most of its membership and Militant likewise. In the meantime their
politics became dramatically moderated by their presence in the LP.
What is the actual balance sheet of five or six decades on entryism? Bugger
all to show for it.
If the energy that went into try to save the LP for socialism had've gone
into building something intelligent outside, the revolutionary cause might
be a lot more advanced in Britain.

Getting sucked into the LP is about the worst fate imaginable.
Respect was a LP model 2. Why vote for model 2 when the original model is
in government anyway?
What I don't get is why so many British revolutionaries don't actually want
to be revolutionary, but prefer to be Labourites. What a thankless,
self-defeating thing.
