What you say makes sense to me.  But what are the motives of the Swedish 
authorities (who, as far as I can learn, are -- like the prosecutor who 
has renewed the charges that were previously dropped -- associated with 
the Social Democratic Party, not from the ruling Center-Right coalition)?
