Vanguard of the revolution.
When there are other classes and strata involved in a revolutionary process....
one class becomes the vanguard. In the soviet union, the proletariat led the
peasantry and other petty classes. In China, also. The 4 stars on the red
flag represents the union of 4 different classes and strata.... let by the
proletariat.
The vanguard class then follows a vanguard party with a vanguard army. You
can't have a vanguard party without a vanguard class. This concept, you'll
find all over the writings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, and sometimes Mao.
Simple.... no need to complicate matters. Either you're with it or not.
