Rather than sound coy, I will say Tom Metzger was the leader of "White Aryan Resistance" a group destroyed by a civil judgment brought by the SPLC when they were found liable for the murder of an Ethiopian man in Oregon. Apparently Metzger has mellowed. It would take a lot of mellowing to be forgiven for that.
I believe the first article by Diana Johnstone in Consortium was entitled "Obsessed by Stalinism, Trotskyists See Betrayed Revolutions Everywhere". The second was a couple of weeks later. That was about two years ago. The comments on both extended into the hundreds. There was an interview with her in Black Agenda Report done by Ann Garrison shortly before that. Louis ran an article in Counterpunch sometime prior criticizing Caitlin Johnstone. All these can be found either by Google search or from the archives of the pubbies. Jeffery St Clair told me he had written a response to Diana Johnstone, but decided to not publish it because she was in failing health. She wrote a couple of articles after those that I saw, but not much lately. I thought, and still do, that she should be taken to task. Someone with more cred than "Oakland Pete" needed to do it. I understand burning out on the left to some extent, but her articles seemed to have a divisive purpose, which to me was not so benign. Of course I disagree strongly with her thesis. Consortium runs some good articles, so I was surprised at the anti-left theme of those.
