That's true but BLM is not an NGO. Examples of NGO's: Open Society, the Center for Economic and Policy Research, the Environmental Defense Fund, etc. BLM has much more in common with civil rights organizations of the 60s and 70s like the SCLC or even the Black Power groups of the time that Reed and company believe.
