Howie Hawkins and Angela Walker got 357,560 votes (0.24%) This year the pressure to vote for the lesser evil was even greater than usual. There needs to be a campaign for ranked choice voting, to eliminate this pressure. The US electoral system has many undemocratic features, including the electoral college, gerrymandering, and voter suppression. There needs to be a campaign for democracy in the United States.
