Other than Stalin and his faction in the 1930s, I have never heard a
Marxist/socialist/leftist refer to Trotsky by his family name of Bronstein. As
Trotsky wrote in response to this, the name meant nothing politically to
anyone except to empahsize his Jewish origins and thus appeal to the still
existing Russian anti-Semitism that the Stalin faction was reaching out to.

Why wasn't Zinoviev's family name of Radomyslsky also mentioned?
