They may not be "attempting to organize an effective non-violent campaign to boycott Israeli products" but what would "an effective non-violent campaign" look like in the current situation? Probably being shot at if the great march of return and ongoing violence is anything to go by. I've seen calls from the PFLP for international support for BDS and I'm sure other factions will have done the same. Meanwhile, they are confronting the IDF and armed settlers in the West Bank.
