In answer to your question, Chris, the answer is no. The Supreme Court ruling was that the CNE should publish the full results in the National Gazette, not its website. This is what it always does and is required to do by law. However, the deadline - set by the country's law and reaffirmed by the TSJ - passed yesterday and the CNE has failed to produce full results.
