Notwithstanding this, Lenin understood the difference between a working class party not pursuing a workers' state and a corporate owned and operated by the capitalist class.
I doubt he would be happy to be quoted in order to smudge the difference to justify supporting the latter. I don't recall Lenin's suggestion that we should support Woodrow Wilson on that basis. And, if so, Lenin would have been dead flat wrong.
