The marxmail forums are online, there have been five this year, and all but one
have been recorded. There is a marxmail.world channel on YouTube. We use
Google Meet but could move to a different conferencing platform like Zoom. We
have some issues: One PC can cause echo to everyone on the conference, someone
always has connection issues, 3-4% of people who register mistype their email
addresses, etc. But mostly it works ok.
The hardest work is in choosing the topic and finding the speakers, which
usually includes getting a diverse sample of experts from the socialist left,
Marxist scholars, activists or others.
