I am sorry to have said that with humor it is possible to be happy without illusions.
For those who are suffering starvation, war, illness, or other forms of suffering no amount of humor can bring happiness. I am such a fool! My undeserved slight security makes my glib, BS, pontification about humor and happiness just thoughtless crap. It easy to see my lack of humility. Pride is properly classified as the number one sin.
