Hello Comrades, Is there a good biography available of Georgi Dimitroff? I’m not interested in a Stalinist hagiography, but he looks like an interesting character.
He made his own contribution to the period of Stalinist paranoia and repression of the 1930s, but at the same time intervened when he thought that an injustice had been done. Selectively, of course, and not always successfully.
