The Times of Israel did not endorse this view, the article was not written by
its editors, it is an opinion piece that appears on a columnist's blog. I
wonder why are you are so fixated on Israelis saying they lost the war. They
are not saying the Palestinians won the war. Or are they? If so, that wouldn't
make sense: There will be no fruits of victory for Palestinians from this war,
if it has in fact ended.
