I'm someone cynical about such mobilizations. Depending on what the U.S. does...they have the navy forces in place, but not enough troops to repeat what the U.S. did in during both Gulf Wars, a far larger operation(s). But...Saddam Hussein adopted a similar, and actually bigger "mobilization" prior to the second Gulf far and the US and allied forces stomped them into the sand. Does Venezuela have the command and control and military tech to resist a serious invasion of their country by the U.S.?
