On 3 December 2025, the Constitutional Tribunal, citing the law “/banning the promotion of Nazism, communism, fascism, or any other totalitarian system/” and acting on a request by the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, ruled that the activity of the Communist Party of Poland (KPP) is unconstitutional.
