In early December, a delegation of the /Revolutionary Communist
International Tendency/ (RCIT) visited São Paolo in Brazil to meet the
leadership of the /International Workers League – Fourth International/
(LIT-CI) and to learn about the trade union work of its Brazilian
section (the United Socialist Workers Party, PSTU). Our three comrades –
Natalia Pérez, Juan Giglio and Michael Pröbsting – had five meetings
with the international leadership of LIT-CI and visited the headquarters
of both the international organisation as well as of their Brazilian
section. In addition, Michael visited São José dos Campos, an industrial
region where PSTU comrades play a leading role in the local trade unions.
