Really, and the good reasons are unstated ! That is reason enough to not bother with MarxMail anymore. Also Mark refers to religion as an identification for the Jewish Bund, which is false and simply a derivative of Marxisn dogma. Jewishness is a national-cultural Identity that is derived from Judaism and it is not necessarily identical to a Jewish Identity. That is too difficult for Mark to understand and so I desist. NONE of his posts have been censored since Oct 7. NONE. He is confusing Marx Mail with the many other lists he posts to and is sadly very confused by the technology. Secondly, in his arrogance, Abraham sets himself up as the arbitrator of all things "Jewish". He of course tries to put himself in this position and has never once the many years of his off again/on again participation ever once defined "who is Jewish?". I've asked him directly this question on the list and he never once answers it. Because he can't as it would go against his narrative. His insulting comments to other self-described Jewish members of this list is both inaccurate and disgusting and out of line with Jewish-Canadian and Jewish-American socialist political history. For this he will never be allowed back on this list again. The idea that "assimilation" is something "advocated" by list members, whom I sure he means me, is both factually inaccurate and a slander since "assimilation" is not something I or others have advocated but rather point out as simply a fact of the cultural evolution of the identity of hyphenated Jews in the "West". Lastly, his one-one band of his faux-Jewish Bund flies in the face of other existing Bundist organizations in the U.S. and Western Europe. It is a sad punctuation to his political life dedicated to the irrelevancy of a long forgotten semi-nationalism of the Bund which he ends up insulting with his emotional and political immaturity.
