In my opinion, it is legitimate and necessary to show solidarity with
bourgeois, petty-bourgeois or reformist forces when and where they are
resisting imperialist or counterrevolutionary aggression. This was the
case when the FSLN government in Nicaragua fought against the CIA-backed
Contras in the 1980s, when the Chavista government resisted against the
coup in 2002 or when Hamas, Hezbollah or Iran resist against the
American-Zionist agression.
If such forces do not resist the aggression but rather capitulate and
serve the imperialists, there is nothing with which we can be in
solidarity. This is the case with the Delcy Rodriguez regime which -
together with the Boliburguesía - collaborate with the Yankees, purge
those who do not collaborate and enrich themselves.
Such a differentiation should be not too difficult.

Slee wants solidarity that, if successful, would enrich the

no evading the choice.
That's not what he wrote. Are you reading his mind? Or are you
referring to other posts that you did not cite? I cannot figure out
why you would take issue with people in the US mobilizing against US
imperialist aggression. It couldn't be more obvious what we need to do
- at least if we had a functional left in the USA.
