I always have some or other comments on web sites ;)

1. Sign in page should have a sign up link. BTW, why not replace "Sign
up" with "Register", cause sign in looks too close to sign up and needs
some seconds to figure out the difference
2. When I went to http://mashups.wso2.org/about.html, I got an error -
"Sorry. An error occured while processing your request". Thats too bad
The page is being updated and added.
3. How about an online tutorial listed under the resources, which would
help me get going with this online version within, say 2 minutes?
We do have 'Writing a hello world service' in the docs [http://wso2.org/project/mashup/0.2/docs/index.html] which is pretty decent. Adding the link hoping that you're planning to play around with a mashup yourself :-). Tyrell and jonathan have also done some cool tutorials and we're hoping to add more soon.

4. When I click on the verification email's link, I am shown a message
"You are successfully validated. You can login now." How about having
the login box in that page, because that is the next thing that I want
to do?
We are planning on redirecting the user to the page he was in before
coming to the sign in page. This should be the ideal I suppose.
5. BTW, why are you verifying my email when I register? Why am I not
allowed to sign in straightaway?
The e-mail verification seems to be a pretty standard method of making sure that a user registering him/herself is valid, so we're using that with thanks to the 'user manageress' :-).
6. When I click on try it, it opens the try it in a new windows. While I
am working on that window, the original window tries to go to
"https://443/"; and I get a page not found. I think that it is a bug.
7. IMHO, the samples on the first page are not that eye catching. As an
example, the digit2image sample is about images and it just shows me the
image URL when I run it. Can't we make the image viewable on the
browser. The URL does not give me that "wow!!!" factor.
Well it should have shown that there was a custom UI in there. Actually
if u refresh the mashup page it does show it. We are already working on
figuring whats wrong here.

In the custom UI we do show the images. Thats where it makes sense the
tryit just returns the response of the service. The custom UI's of
Sudoku, digit2image, formulaflicks and tumatotube are really cool.

Thanks,
Keith.

I think all the
samples are too "technical" or "text oriented". I think we should have
more glamor, views, sights and sounds in there.

Thanks,
Samisa...

not available in the previous release. You can get a feel of the WSO2

Please do try it out and provide us your valuable feedback so that we
can incorporate it for the 1.0 release which is planned for January 2008.

Thanks,
