Cause problems to sample services when the sample user is deleted

Steps:

1. Login to Mashup UI as admin and delete the 'sample' user
2. Restart the server.
The startup console reports that the sample services cannot be deployed. When
access the Mashup UI you get the services still listing under 'All services',
but with author given as 'null'.
Also the service's resources (tryit, wsdl, xsd etc) become unaccessible.
