The log shows the following each time a user logs in
INFO [2008-07-12 13:05:54,404] Scheduler
DefaultQuartzScheduler_$_NON_CLUSTERED started.
INFO [2008-07-12 13:05:54,685] Registry tables are already created in the
database.
INFO [2008-07-12 13:05:54,698] User Manager tables are already created in the
database.
This means that the deployer initializers each time causing issues to init
functions
