This is how I do it:
<FilesMatch "(\.mas|dhandler|autohandler)$">
SetHandler perl-script
PerlInitHandler Apache2::Const::NOT_FOUND
</FilesMatch>
You can also do it this way:
<FilesMatch "(\.mas|dhandler|autohandler)$">
Order allow,deny
Deny from all
</FilesMatch>
