I'm having an issue using Mason2/PSGI/Apache2. When I go to
http://mysite/index everything is fine, however http://mysite/ renders
index.mc but incorrectly sets the content type httpd/unix-directory

I changed DefaultType in the apache conf to text/html

even tried adding $m->res->content_type('text/html') to Base.mc

any suggestions?
